The first 10 days of February are make or break periods to either stick with or fall off the wagon of any new years resolutions.
There are endless criticisms of new years resolutions, but as I have said before, you need to start somewhere. Change is change, regardless of where the motivation may come from.
Continue to think big, look at the whole picture and know the small modifications you are making today could change the rest of your life.
